Call for Nominations: Equator Prize 2025 – Nature for Climate Action

The UNDP Equator Initiative has launched the Equator Prize 2025 to honor outstanding community and Indigenous initiatives advancing nature-based solutions for sustainable development. Winners will receive USD 10,000 and gain access to global policy dialogues and special events.

Nomination Deadline: February 23,2025

Who can apply? Community-led projects focused on climate mitigation, adaptation, resilience, and a just transition.

If you are, or you know someone, aged between 18 and 25 and like making short videos, tell us what you think “Progress is”. Three lucky winners will be selected and invited to Paris in May, all-expenses-paid, for a special screening of the videos at the OECD Forum.
