On December 5, the XIII Civil Society Development Forum titled "[WITH]STAND" took place in Kyiv. The event brought together over 3,000 participants, including representatives of civil society organizations, international partners, donors, activists, entrepreneurs, educators, and government officials. The Forum was aimed to highlight the role of unity and resilience of Ukrainians in addressing the challenges of war. The program featured panel discussions, presentations, a pitching session of international technical assistance projects, and a veterans’ business fair.
The UNDP-GEF Small Grants Programme participated in the presentation of international technical assistance projects within the Donors Café. The SGP shared best practices in promoting sustainable community development through environmentally friendly solutions and enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations. The Programme also showcased projects focused on sustainable early recovery, environmental initiatives with a strong social focus, interactive educational products, and new opportunities for communities, along with pathways for collaboration to strengthen civil society in Ukraine.
